Welcome to Frogivation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All products are 3D printed to order. Because items are made individually, slight variations in color, finish, and layer texture are normal and are part of the handmade nature of 3D printing. We do our best to represent each product accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly from your screen. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit quantities, for any reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Made-to-order and custom work

Most items are printed specifically for your order. Custom and personalized orders are made to your specifications and are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please review your selections, including color and options, carefully before checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and our return and refund process are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, images, and content on this site are the property of Frogivation or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 3D printed items are decorative or functional consumer goods and are not certified for industrial, medical, structural, or safety-critical use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frogivation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
